Clicks are arriving but no conversions have been recorded.

This campaign has enough clicks to expect a conversion and has none. That can be a landing-page problem or a conversion-tracking problem — until tracking is confirmed, no keyword is judged on it.

Conversion Tracking

Confirm conversion tracking before acting on keyword data

The campaign recorded no conversions across enough clicks to notice. A single term's zero is not a fact about that term while the campaign's own conversion count is unexplained.

Negative Keyword

Add 4 search terms as negative keywords

These terms accumulated spend with no conversions and are not among the keywords you target. Terms already excluded, and ones you have previously dismissed, are left out.

New Ad

Create a new Responsive Search Ad — the current ad is underperforming

1 ad has accumulated enough impressions to judge but is showing weak signals: strength: AVERAGE, CTR: 1.18%. A fresh set of headlines and descriptions should improve Quality Score and CTR.

The product

Campaign data becomes an analysis, a recommendation, then a change.

Four stages, and this is the actual interface at each one — not a mockup of it.

01 · Campaign Data

It reads what your campaigns already produced

Yesterday's metrics, the search-term report, keyword performance, ad strength and CTR, budget pacing and the conversion actions your account records — pulled from your own Google Ads account.

What it watches

Six things, every day, on your live campaigns.

Each one has its own analyzer, its own evidence bar, and its own way of saying nothing when there is nothing to say.

  1. Campaign Performance

Cost per conversion against the target you set, and which of five states the campaign is actually in — within target, above it, clicks with no conversions, impressions with no clicks, or not enough data to say.

    • Spend
    • Clicks
    • Conversions
    • Cost per conversion
  2. Search Terms

The queries that actually triggered your ads. Terms with spend and no conversions become negative-keyword recommendations; converting terms you match broadly become keywords worth owning.

    • Waste
    • New keyword candidates
    • Already-excluded terms
  3. Keywords

Per-keyword spend and conversions, behind the same significance gate. A keyword you genuinely sell on is never bid down off one or two clicks.

    • Spend vs target
    • Volume
    • Bid pressure
  4. Ads

Ad strength and click-through rate, once an ad has enough impressions to judge. Weak signals produce a proposal for a fresh responsive search ad, not a silent rewrite.

    • Ad strength
    • CTR
    • Quality score
  5. Bids & Budget

Where the daily budget is going and how it paces through the day, including a mid-day check. Budget changes are proposed with the figures behind them.

    • Daily pacing
    • Budget consumed
    • Bid adjustments
  6. Conversion Health

Whether conversions are being recorded at all. When they are not, that is the finding — and no keyword or search term is judged on a zero that tracking may explain.

It tells you where the campaign stands

Measured cost per conversion beside the planning target you set — labelled, so a target is never read as an achievement. Five states, including “not enough data yet”.

A failed read is never a finding

If conversions cannot be measured, the panel says so and stops there. It does not conclude that a keyword failed on a zero that tracking may explain.

Then it lists the actions, with reasons

One card per finding, each carrying the condition that produced it. Apply or dismiss — nothing is applied on your behalf.

And it says when there is nothing to do

When no rule fires, you get the unmet condition for each one, quoting your campaign's own figures, rather than an empty panel.

Recommendations

Every recommendation has a reason.

This is the chain a single card travels — from a figure in your own search-term report to a change on your account.

  1. Campaign signal

    “free ganesha wallpaper” · 94 clicks · ₹780 · 0 conversions

From your own search-term report, over the last seven days.

  2. Detected condition

Spend with no conversions, on a term you do not target

It cleared the significance bar first — under that bar nothing is reported at all, because there is nothing to be certain about yet.

  3. Recommendation

Add it as a negative keyword

Terms already excluded on the campaign, and terms you previously dismissed, are left out rather than proposed again.

  4. Action

You apply it — the change goes to Google Ads

Applied, dismissed or failed is recorded against the card, and a failure shows Google's own reason instead of a red badge.

Seven kinds of action, and no others

Negative keyword · add keyword · budget change · bid adjustment · ad copy · new ad · conversion tracking. A closed set, so what arrives in the panel is always something you already know how to read.

A card you dismiss is remembered. A term you excluded and later removed yourself is not proposed again — the product does not undo your undo.

Recommendations
Negative Keyword

Add “free ganesha wallpaper” as a negative keyword

The term cleared the significance bar for spend with zero conversions, and it is not one of the keywords this campaign targets. Terms under the bar are skipped rather than reported at a softer severity.

Bid Adjustment

Lower the bid on 2 keywords spending above target

Both keywords have accumulated enough clicks to judge and are spending above the target cost per conversion. Nothing is suggested for a keyword the campaign genuinely sells on.

BudgetApplied

Increase the daily budget by 15%

Cost per conversion is running below your planning target with the budget fully consumed most days. The change is proposed, never applied on its own.

Add KeywordDismissed

Add 3 converting search terms as exact-match keywords

These terms converted while matching broadly. Promoting them to their own keywords gives you direct bid control over traffic that already works.

Example view · every card carries its reason and its outcome

How it works

Connect once. Then it runs every day.

Six steps, and you stay the one who decides what changes.

  1. Connect Google Ads

Authorize your Google Ads account. Google Ads Pilot reads the campaigns, keywords, search terms and conversion actions that are already there.

  2. Analyze Campaign

Yesterday's metrics, ad strength, CTR, budget pacing and cost per conversion are pulled together against the target you set.

  3. Detect Opportunities

Each rule runs behind a significance gate. A signal without enough clicks or impressions behind it is skipped, not reported at a softer severity.

  4. Get Recommendations

What was detected becomes one action per finding — with the condition that produced it written on the card.

  5. Optimize

Apply what you agree with. The change is pushed to Google Ads and the outcome is recorded; dismissals are remembered.

  6. Monitor

The analysis runs again the next day, from what changed — including a mid-day pacing check on the budget.

The real thing

No mockups. See what you actually get.

Three surfaces from the product, rendered in your own theme — the same components, the same type, the same badges.
